Taro drops Plan to invest inSuzlon’s us power energy

Taro Pharmaceutical Industries, a global subsidiary of India’s largest drug maker Sun PharmaceuticalBSE -1.50 %, has dropped its plan to invest in a wind power project in the United States just four days after announcing the $250-million investment.

Taro, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, revealed its decision in a notification to the Securities Exchange Commission.
