WELL Certification Process

Step-1

Assess

Use WELL’s dynamic scorecard to set health + wellness goals, explore cutting-edge research, and customize a project checklist that will help your team track your certification efforts.

Step-2

Implement

Access WELL’s robust project tools, dedicated coaching and technical resources to evaluate new strategies, adopt WELL’s requirements and upload documents demonstrating compliance.

Step-3

Verify

Leverage WELL’s enhanced reporting to manage the external review process, an important way to keep the team accountable for achieving your health + wellness goals and stay on track toward your desired certification outcome.

Step-4

Monitor

Utilize WELL’s suite of marketing materials to promote your achievement with employees, customers and the community. Use WELL’s performance dashboard to view annual submissions, revisit goals and plan any improvements to foster a culture of health.
