Firstgreeen is engaged by Dharamnagar Solar Farm, Nepal for their upcoming solar project of 10 MW at Kapilvastu in Nepal. In the early stages of the project, the team conducted feasibility studies, site visits and carried out the preliminary design, providing a comprehensive energy yield report. Firstgreen Consulting was appointed as the project management consultant. The scope of work included the site identification, preparation of DPR, regulatory compliance assessment, technical specifications, preparation of RFP, selection of vendors, project tie up for third party sale of electricity, cash flow preparation, contracts for evacuation facilities, reasonability of the contract prices, O&M arrangements and agreement
