LEED Certification of DLF Innov8

LEED certification first became a goal of the  DLF group for its commercial and retail buildings in early 2011. The DLF group contracted with Firstgreen Consulting to provide the guidance needed to meet the LEED-EBOM certification at the Platinum certification level. Firstgreen Consulting provided consulting services to update all plans, policies, audits, and best practices to meet the current rating system. Innov8, a LEED Platinum Certified building, is a world-class development located just off NH-8 in DLF Cybercity Gurugram. It is spread across an area of 1625376 sq ft. and is divided into 3 blocks (8A, 8B & 8C), with a range of 6-15 floors. Conforming to modern work environment facilities like food court ATM and retail outlets form an integral part of the complex.The design incorporates large efficient floor plates, wide column span and high floor to floor clearance, for optimal space utilization.The building is EBOM, constructed and maintained by DLF. The LEED EBOM implementation process  planted  in May 2017. The  project had four month performance period from September 2017 to December 2017 for all credits.
