LEED certification first became a goal of the DLF group for its commercial and retail buildings in early 2011. The DLF group contracted with Firstgreen Consulting to provide the guidance needed to meet the LEED-EBOM certification at the Platinum certification level. Firstgreen Consulting provided consulting services to update all plans, policies, audits, and best practices to meet the current rating system. DLF IT PARK CHANDIGARH is located at Chandigarh. The building is EBOM, constructed and maintained by DLF. The building is multi-storied office building having 01 Basements + Ground + 3 floors (Tower-A to F) as parking space and other utility systems installed at terrace & Basements. The LEED EBOM implementation process planted in November 2017. The project had three month performance period from NDecember 2017 to Feb 2018 for all credits.
The entire facility has used Energy Star rated Equipments in order to reduce energy demand.
All water fixtures installed in the building are low water consumption.
DLF has done carbon offset by carbon credits to achieve 100% carbon offset for this building
