Overview
FIrstgreen works with developers to achieve their target certification in cost effective way. Our services include right from planning stage of building to the preperation of design documentations. Our LEED certification services include the following:
- LEED feasibility study and recommendations
- LEED commissioning studies
- Facilitation of integrated design services
- Registration with GBCI for the project
- Develop LEED team action plan and responsibility metrix
- Development of LEED online project set up
- LEED certification project documentation
- Prepare and submit the LEED credit Credit Interpretation Request
Procedure for LEED CErtification
Step-1
Registration with USGBC
The building is registered with USGBC green building certification portal
Step-2
Data collection during the performance period
The building data is collected during the performance period related to energy, water, IEQ, Material, and waste management
Step-3
Review of documentation by USGBC
USGBC closely review all the documentation and the credits are awarded as per their norms.
Step-4
Final certification
Once all the review replies are satisfied by the USGBC review team, the building is awarded appropriate certification based on the credits approved.
