Firstgreen was engaged by IHC for their proposed rooftop project at their building at Lodhi Road. In the early stages of the project, the team conducted feasibility studies, site visits and carried out the preliminary design, providing a comprehensive energy yield report. The scope of work also included the bid process and PPA finalisation with the investor. The investor was Niel metals Pvt Ltd. Construction of the 250 KW solar rooftop project commenced in the Oct of 2013 with Firstgreen offering technical advisory during project design and implementation. The team conducted the commissioning and performance assessment and
final commissioning of the project was completed in Feb 2014.
