Project Management Consultancy for solar PV installation at BPCL POL and LPG Plants 

Project Summary
Firstgreen was appointed by BPCL to provide project management consultancy services for solarision of its POL and LPG filling stations at 60 pan India locations. THe assignment included the feasibility assessment at all the facilities,. preparation of tender document. selection of EPC contractor. monitoring the installation and commissioning and post commissioning monitoring the O&M activities for six months for the plant successful handover.

The typical capacity installations at these facilities is ranging from 50 kW to 500 kW depending the available area at rooftop or at the ground in the campuses of BPCL. The total cumulative capacity installation is expected to be about 5 MW on these plants.
