Interns for min six months

This internship is for a minimum period of six months at our Gurgaon office. This is a unique opportunity internship as carbon market analyst to work on  one of the world’s fastest developing commodity markets. Your focus will be to analyse the carbon market transactions help company to develop marketing strategy of carbon credits of its client portfolio. This job requires desk top research and analysis of renewable energy certificates, VCS, and other environmental commodities.

Tasks & duties

 Scope of Work

• Analyse supply and demand for carbon credits and related environmental products
• Identify potential renewable projects and analyse the carbon credit potential in the projects.
• Assist the team in preparing the certification documentation and prepare client databases.
• Liaise with the traders, and other relevant teams to gain insight into market trends to decide our carbon portfolio strategy.
• Perform and present regularly ad-hoc analysis of on going carbon market developments and share it in the form of blog posts to keep a very high social media presence.

Qualifications & Experience

A general background in renewable energy, climate change, sustainability, project management, finance, engineering.
MBA/Graduate/Post Graduates energy sector flavour are preferred, candidates.
