Welcome to the firstgreen webinar on “Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for C&I solar projects” This webinar is designed for the solar professionals who wish to develop their expertise in solar transaction advisory services. The webinar uses various case studies to explain the fundamentals of PPAs in the context of sale of power under a PPA to Commercial & Industrial consumers. There are two modules of this course which focus on basic structuring of solar PPAs for C&I consumers and PPAs under an open access arrangement to C&I clients. The participants will be able to understand the various terms and their implications in the context of a C&I PPA
