Firstgreen have a qualified LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA accredited professionals and are qualified to undertake these certifications of building developments. We have certified over 70 green buildings on pan India basis.

Firstgreen carryout the CDM project registration and issuance of carbon credits from UNFCCC and VCS registry. We also carry out the carbon footprint reporting to the buildings to meet the buildings goals for carbon neutrality.
Firstgreen has in depth knowledge of conducting daylight simulation tools and provide physically-based simulations and analysis of the effect of windows and daylighting in buildings.
We conduct the environmental impact and sustainability audits periodically to evaluate how far these activities and programs conform to the approved environmental management plan of that specific project.
Firstgreen provides the ECBC compliance service to the clients. In this, we do the building energy simulation and justify the whole building simulation compliance approach to meet the ECBC requirements specified by BEE.
Through energy modelling and other building simulation modeling tools we estimate to be able to reduce the energy consumption of a building by at least 20-30% compared to an ASHRAE baseline buildings of similar design.

The building is multi-storied office building having 01 Basements + Ground + 3 floors (Tower-A to F) as parking space and other utility systems installed at terrace & Basements. The LEED EBOM implementation process planted in November 2017.
Trio DLF CYBER CITY is located at DLF Cyber City Phase 3, Gurugram. The building is EBOM, constructed and maintained by DLF. The DLF Trio comprises of 3 towers, Tower-A, Tower-B and Tower-C. Tower-A covers a super area of 237944 sq. Ft., Tower-B has a super area of 317992 sq. Ft. and Tower-C has a super area 311585 sq. Ft.
